I Had my hair colored and cut and it was great exactly what I wanted, and the color was beautiful. Than you very much
Westrow is great and everyone is nice and attentive. I would highly recommend the Elite stylist (Janine), she always makes my hair look great! This is one of the only places I can trust with my hair.

The woman who cut my hair trimmed it rather than cut it. It ended up looking like a flat basin on my head. She kept asking me if I liked it. When I didnt say yes she kept on asking! I think she managed to pretend to be a hairdresser by trimming hair. I showed her three photos of haircuts that I would like, needless to say, following the trim it looked nothing like any of them. I paid but I will never go back. I would have got a better haircut at a cheaper hairdressers

Booked an appointment at 9:00 on the 31st August. Salon was closed.. no one turned up... totally wasted of my time

I had a wash and blow dry at West Row. The staff were fantastic and I loved the results. Will be coming back!
