From meeting Moon as soon as I walked in, to sitting down and talking about what I needed from my appointment with James and the finished look, being at WHiP was such a great experience. James listened to me and advised me in a balanced and open way, asking me as many questions as requirements I would make, which made me feel like he was interested in giving me the best possible outcome based on my needs rather than what he wanted for me. The salon is buzzing, full of feel good energy, decor and music plus the team all work with each other around you so it’s comfortable and relaxed. Super happy with the cut for my wavy and curly hair and I’ll be returning.

Moon was excellent! They made me feel very welcome and relaxed. They were considerate, friendly and took the time to talk me through the best way to care for my curly hair (which is always a struggle with most salons). Moon made me feel comfortable and I look forward to my next appointment with them. The salon is very relaxed, with a great decor and atmosphere.

Fringe trim on the house! I've been to Whip before for a full cut, so this was a really sweet gesture. It's a gorgeous salon, and the stylists have amazing technical skills. Seriously go – even if I move out of Hackney I reckon I'll be back
