I've had the best experience at WhiP in Hackney. I went in there, extremely anxious, as I've not had any touch my hair for over (well over) a year. James was absolutely fantastic and make me feel confident and excited to try something new. My nerves were instantly calmed and I gave him creative reign to do what he wanted. I love my new haircut and my hair looks and feels amazing!
