I made a last minute booking for a Saturday morning and they had space which was great. The staff were friendly and talked as much or as little as I wanted. Good colour and blow dry.

The staff were friendly and I was given a cup of coffee on arrival as I was a little early. I just left the choice of colours for my highlights to Sue and I was thrilled with the finish. I will most certainly go back.

Well I booked a 45 minutes blow dry for my hen party.I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair to look like and the hairdresser started to do them without specifing that to have that maybe i should stay longer or pay more ..she spent 45 minutes in putting the curlers on my hair...and of course to get the volume i wanted for my flat hair it needed time but i had only a couple of minutes because maybe my time was over ..but of she would have told me that there was no time a lot of appointment or something else i would have been way more happier than leaving with my flat hair and paying 23 £ for basically nothing or maybe a shampoo that i can make on my own home !So she asked me if the blow dry good and I showed her the picture saying that my hair were way far from that picture and she said only yes ok but she didn't do or say anything to make me happy because i was really furious. I paid because i wanted to leave immediately to go back home and try to repair this damage and to look kind of ok my for my evening. I emailed the salon and the only thing they said it was that they are sorry ! What a horrible experience just DO NOT GO THERE your money are not worth it for such a poor experience.
