Seen by Junior stylist. Ended up having layers running back to front and my hair was still greasy despite having it "washed" first. In the end had to go to a different hairdresser to resolve these issues.

Yes I booked a junior but there is a minimum, I would have done better myself.. Except the bad service quality everything was fine, girls was very welcoming and nice !

I wasn't displeased with my haircut but it definitely didn't live up to my expectations. I went to a gathering afterwards and not a single person noticed any difference to my hair which is very unusual. It's a lovely local salon and great value for money but I wish the cut could've been more exciting!

When I arrived the floor was full of hair from several previous clients and was not cleaned until my colour was setting - I was the last customer. Also no blowdry with the colour which is standard in my previous salon.
