This is my 4th time having highlights at whistles and its a great salon. But I felt super rushed this time. There was no option for a toner when i booked so I asked on the day for a toner and blow dry and they couldn't fit it in. They gave me a quick blow dry thankfully but no toner. It was frustrating that a new customer came in and sat next to me and explained she wanted a cut and blow dry in addition to her colour and they said yes. Sadly loyalty doesn't seem very valued.

Overall good experience. The colour wasn’t perfect but I trust it will improve with the next treatment as advised by the stylist. They were also flexible and competed a cut I accidentally hadn’t booked in advance. I will be going back.
