I arrived and there had been an issue with my booking between Treatwell and the salon. Luckily I was able to be flexible and returned an hour later. If you don't have the luxury of time or living round the corner then I would recommend phoning up ahead of time to check they have your booking. It was clear this was not the first time this had happened and I do feel that if salons rely on Treatwell to bring in new business they must also be responsible for ensuring that bookings are managed to prevent incidents like this one.
The staff member asked whether I would be happy for a trainee to come in with us, which I agreed to and both staff members were very grateful for this. Both ladies were very friendly and welcoming and as such a Hollywood wax with three in the room was not the awkward experience it could have been! I was pleased with my wax. It is on the expensive side compared to other independent waxers I use in the area with the end result no different but I will keep this as my back up as the staff were so lovely.

Excellent experience, the staff member was kind and quick and the wax did not hurt as much as usual for some reason. Lovely place in a convenient location.
