Unfortunately I was made to feel like a real inconvenience as the women explained twice she was on her break but could still do it now she clearly wasn’t happy about it and blamed Treatwell that it’s all treat wells fault but would do it anyway...and then the offer was only for new costumers that wasn’t clear to me originally and if she hadn’t kicked up such a fuss about doing it on her break I would have paid full price but with this plus her attitude I just walked out. it’s such a shame as I had heard bad things about staff from my house mates but went to see for myself a month ago had a really good experience with the young lady she had great knowledge and made me feel comfortable, However today and previously while back I’ve poped in for nails there is one lady in particular that is just rude, makes you feel like your a real inconvenience and is really unhelpful it’s such a shame as the rest of the staff here are really really nice that’s why I went back! I’ve actually heard now that a few people stopped going due to this one lady! and I actually don’t blame them as it’s clear she doesn’t like her job!
