I had a lash lift a few months ago, at the time i thought it was ok but I had it done at another place the next time and realised what the the end result should actually be and was actually less money. The beautician advised no aftercare and even said because i wear glasses they will drop - which i learned from the new place was nonsense. I also cancelled an appointment at White Nails in the correct time frame and they didn't issue the deposit back.They don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of good customer service - I called up and was told i will be contacted but didn't hear a thing after and even contacted the facilitator Phorest with no reply. Will not be visiting again, such a disappointment.

I had a brilliant facial and HD Brows and cannot fault the service. Lovely staff and stylish, pristine environment. I will definitely return for more treatments.

The salon is lovely,it clean and fresh and a great place highly relaxing the lady who did my facial Natalie was superb she was friendly and clearly loves her job it was quite refreshing. The only comment I would make is that everything is lovely and beautiful but if you don't know the shop is there it can be easily missed which is a great shame.
