I have used this salon twice previously, but on this occasion I had a problem. I had booked an appointment for 10.30 but when I arrived the stylists seem surprised. I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time even though I had booked. I think the system was down as the staff were asking what everyone was booked in for. Overall it is a lovely salon and friendly attentive staff.
