Very clean and tidy salon which is the first thing you notice upon entering the premises. I found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment didn't need booking in advance I was able to get an appointment within 40 minutes notice. The keratin hair treatment/blow dry was done meticulously with great attention to detail. The hair wash done by a male stylist was extremely relaxing. Only the music genre could fit the vibe better for this overall chilled experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I ended up waiting for a full 45 minutes without any updates or communication. After all that wasted time, I was finally informed that the treatmentI came for wasn’t even available. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. A simple notification before my appointment or during the waiting period would have saved me the frustration
