Exceptionally poor hairdressing and customer service. Hairdresser tried to sell additional treatments as we went through, and told price not as marked on treatwell. Went for a balayage, and was advised not to use bleach - as a result my hair didn't change colour at all, but 3 hours later still had to pay for the treatment. Spoke to manager a few days later, but told refunds only offered to people who are physically harmed by treatments. He offered to redo the treatment free of charge, but I have no confidence in the salon after all this, so I'll be paying again to have it done properly somewhere else. I've never left a bad review before, but I'd really advise to think twice before booking here.
