Such a great experience and service. I absolutely love my highlights, done really finely and the overall toner took very well. I’m always very nervous going to a new salon, as highlights are so easy for anyone to get wrong (chunky/spread too sparingly etc).
The staff were both experienced and incredibly friendly. They took their time to make sure my hair is exactly how I wanted it. Will 100% definitely be returning!

An additional treatment was nice and my hair feels in much better condition, but the haircut itself was not what I asked for. I didn't want layers, needed the front to be long enough to tie back, and explained that I don't own a hairdryer and therefore wanted hair that could be washed and left to dry. I was given assurances that this was all fine, but didn't get any of the above - I immediately washed out the blow dry to see what it looks like without straightening and my fringe (which I didn't want!) is a short, curly mess that barely reaches across my forehead. So sad about it, it'll take ages to grow out and look rubbish in the meantime.
