Another great treatment from Catherine. She managed to ease off the knots in my shoulders and gave me some tips for exercises I can do at home, an added bonus. The room was lovely and warm, and the bed really comfortable. I left feeling energised. This is the second treatment I’ve had from Catherine and I’ll be back for more.

A great local find. Catherine was really professional and out me at ease. She asked questions to make sure that my treatment was tailored to my specific needs and is obviously very knowledgable. The room was clean and comfortable, with soothing music. The treatment was lovely and has helped to reduce my symptoms. Very happy overall and I’ll be returning for another treatment.
