William was brilliant! I took my daughter for a drastic change from really long hair to a short pixie haircut. He put my daughter at ease, was funny and kind, and was an absolute star! His precision cutting and attention to detail were also something I've rarely witnessed in this country. My daughter was so happy with the cut, she burst into tears and didn't stop smiling for the rest of the day! I think that speaks for itself 😊.
