My cut and colour was done for me this time by Mel, as we were unable to fix up one with Will during last week, and I would thoroughly recommend her! Mel listens to your ideas and tries to work with you to carry them out. She is a good listener as well as fun. I was delighted to be able to have my eyebrows threaded by Samira during the appointment - that was an unexpected bonus, and she is a great and skilled professional. It's always a good experience here and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. My only problem was with the discomfort of backward hair wash which seemed very awkward for me this time despite attempts to ameliorate it. I will try Mel's suggestion of leaning forwards next time! Will was on hand to make sure everything was all right and I hope things will get a bit easier for him soon.
