I had my first appointment at William David Hair after being unhappy with a cut I’d had elsewhere. The consultation with Mel was really thorough, I felt listened to and understood. The cut was perfect and just what I wanted. I really felt Mel went over and above to give me and perfect, the cut I’d asked for.
