Excellent. Was hoping for a scalp massage when shampooed as most places do that now, so was a bit disappointed. Other than that, a fantastic price for a blow-dry with hair mask. I was happy that the shampoo chairs have automatic raised leg option which = less strain on neck. Melissa was fantastic & the atmosphere of W&R was relaxing.
Melissa was excellent. She did a great job with my hair and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
