I was really happy with the wash and restyle cut I got at Willow, the staff listened carefully to what I wanted, weighed in on what she thought would work best and delivered a really precise haircut that's very easy to maintain. She also suggested one product to try I could get cheaply at Boots which was also appreciated. Really great experience.

Its a clean space and the stylist was friendly enough but there was no ambience and the stylist seemed rushed.
She cut my hair much shorter than I asked and seemed distracted and despite that fact that I asked her several times not to cut my fringe whilst wet she did it regardless.
Overall my experience was that they wanted to finish up for the day (my appointment was in the early evening) and therefore they didn't care about making sure that the customer was looked after or that they did a good job. It felt careless.

Lovely soft hair and good blow dry. Staff all really nice. Would highly recommend.
