Bikini wax was good, made me feel comfortable. Would have liked more waxed off though. Eyebrow wax was brilliant, good shape.

I always have my eyebrows waxed & noticed the underneath wasn't but she used tweezers instead. When I checked afterwards the room was quite dark so I thought they were ok. When I got home & checked in normal lighting I still had hair there so had to use my own tweezers. I've never had this problem there before but it was done in a different room which was very dark.

Very welcoming and friendly. Hardly any pain on waxing. Made me feel comfortable. Quick treatment. Good advice for self care. Even fitted me in last minute for an eyebrow wax too!
