Lovely warmth from the stones & eased the bad muscular ache in my neck & shoulders.
Easy to get to, very welcoming staff, good treatment, only thing I'd say that needs to improve would be the online booking system - I booked online and then recovered a call saying that that appointment was not available, the situation was dealt with very well but it almost seemed pointless booking online.
Lovely environment with very friendly staff.
Very boring to mention but good for convenience and parking too.
