Poor service and frustrating experience - I was booked in for lashes with Yvonne, as confirmed in writing on the app, but when I arrived at the salon I was informed my booking was with another lash tech who was ill so I couldn’t have my appointment. No one sent me a message or left a voicemail beforehand. Completely understand that people are unwell and this means flexibility is required, but I was booked in with Yvonne - not the person who was off sick.

Yvonne is amazing as always. She fixed up my lashes in a half hour in fill slot and booked me for a follow up. Professional, friendly and does a great job. Nothing more I can want from my lash tech.
