I was ten minutes late but they were understanding and fit me in anyway. The lady who tinted my lashes was super sweet and gentle and did a good job. The space was a bit sparse although they had tried to decorate it nicely, it just felt a bit empty. I think someone was cooking in the upstairs flat or possibly it was something chemical, but they should use a scented diffuser to help with the smell as it was noticeable!
