I love getting my lashes done here because of my back pain and the chairs are comfy but every time I’ve been, I make an effort to book a long time so I can make sure all my lashes are taken care of. Natali always completes in 45 minutes no matter how much I’ve paid. I felt a bit ripped off walking away 45 mins after having paid £90 for my birthday lashes. I also understand it must be difficult with children but they shouldn’t be running around at a place of work.
