Customer service is bad.
Staff take too long to see to you for your service. 3rd time I’ve been left waiting after my appointment time by 25 mins. Appointment been changed by staff yet they still run 20 mins later than new proposed time. They don’t respect customers time and think we have luxury of time to stay in the small cramped shop all day. No sense of urgency for customers. Will not visit again
