This was a spur of the moment thing. I booked online in the morning for an appointment in the afternoon. I got there and it was perfect, just what I needed. My hair looks fab, thank you x
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Had treatment booked and paid for but when turning up the salon was locked, so rang, no answer and left a voicemail. Received a call back 15 minutes later with an apology explaining the therapist was out back with another client. Was told I could come in for the treatment but then sat in salon for a further 10 minutes waiting. So a 5 minute threading took up a whole lunchbreak. I’ve visited the salon numerous times now and the treading itself has been good. Just haven't experienced this before.

My manicure last for 2 Days. I’m so disappointed. Feel I wasted my money. The nail files beautician was using were used and dirty. I should be getting new and unused file. I’ll not return for manicure to the salon again.
