Second time here - different member of staff doing my eyelash perm, but same PERFECT result. They are so friendly, so experienced and skilled. There is nowhere else I would go for lash perming, I almost believe they under-charge for such wonderful and lasting results. I was told it would last 4-6 weeks. It actually lasted 9!

The place was ok, staff was friendly however, the treatment was only for 35mins rather than 1hr. The cleanliness was bad. Overall I'm not satisfied.

I got the appointment time wrong so was early, I was offered a tea or coffee, I declined and decided to wander, I came back on time and I was then kept waiting for 15 mins with no update, I had to chase them, when in massage I was thanked for waiting. the massage was nice and I was asked if the pressure was ok. All in all an ok experience.
