I got the appointment time wrong so was early, I was offered a tea or coffee, I declined and decided to wander, I came back on time and I was then kept waiting for 15 mins with no update, I had to chase them, when in massage I was thanked for waiting. the massage was nice and I was asked if the pressure was ok. All in all an ok experience.
