Booked two appointments for my boyfriend and I to have pedicures. When we arrived I checked us both in. Our appointments were 10mins apart but there was only one space to do pedicures which was fine. We didn’t mind waiting. The lady did my pedicure which was mediocre at best. Looking at the feet now and there is still dry skin. During the appointment the lady asked how I had found the salon and I explained to her that my boyfriend and I had recently moved to the area and we wanted to find somewhere local to get our pedicures done. After my appointment I was informed that the salon does not do men’s feet and they had tried to cancel the appointment by calling us. This was not true as neither of us received a telephone call and only after we had left did we receive an email from treatwell that we had missed the appointment. The staff also contradicted themselves by telling us that they did not know the appointment was for a man despite earlier saying that they had tried to call us to cancel the appointment. Also my partner has a very male sounding name. Disappointed to have wasted my time and money at this place
