Wioleta is a true professional, and I have found her service to be impeccable and of the highest quality. I would recommend her highly to friends and acquaintances.
Wioletta is wonderful at waxing; quick, thorough and as pain-free as possible. When I booked this week I was not told Wioletta was off on holiday and her replacement was not all of these things. Maybe let people know when Wioletta will not be doing the treatment.

I'd give this zero stars if I could, I'm afraid. I had a lip and chin wax -- something I have had dozens and dozens of times elsewhere -- and when she went over my skin a second time, I cautioned her about going too many times. She said she'd stop at two (which would have been fine), but went over it a third time, and I now have huge, painful, unsightly red blotches underneath my nose where she removed skin. (She also tried to insist that the skin was not removed, when it was clear from the minute the aloe was put on -- and it stung -- that it was.)

I had an upper lip and it was very good. She took all hairs out and did in a very professional way.
