I'd give this zero stars if I could, I'm afraid. I had a lip and chin wax -- something I have had dozens and dozens of times elsewhere -- and when she went over my skin a second time, I cautioned her about going too many times. She said she'd stop at two (which would have been fine), but went over it a third time, and I now have huge, painful, unsightly red blotches underneath my nose where she removed skin. (She also tried to insist that the skin was not removed, when it was clear from the minute the aloe was put on -- and it stung -- that it was.)
