Quite a disappointing experience especially as previous reviews on colourings sound great so I had high expectations. I don’t feel like Sep listened to me whatsoever during the consultation at the beginning and just did what he wanted to do to my hair. I ended up booking into another salon a couple of days later to get what I had actually booked in with Sep for originally.
