Very disappointed, 1st visit and booked on the day. Had several messages to try and change the time as I was the last appointment of the day. Booked a shellac removal and cnd shellac manicure with nail art. Shellac was filed off, no soak, then new shellac added with nail art. Was expecting a proper manicure, should have taken 1hr 15, was done in 45 mins. Nail art was ok but consultant obviously had somewhere else to be rather than completing the treatment as expected and paid for.
Accidentally booked a restyle on the hottest day of the year but Cheryl was fab and paid so much attention to detail! This is my first visit to Beaty Wonderland but I’ll definitely be back!
Fabulous make up and Beth really understood what I was looking for!
