I heard some bad reviews on this place when I told ppl I had booked there. I was told about them claiming no appointment was made. So I called twice to confirm and decided to go ahead anyway. Now in fairness I was 5 mins late and was told they’d be a couple of minutes. They were 1 hour 20 mins late seeing me. So many ppl turned up saying they had booked appointments through this app and they were trying to turn them away. They’d then agree to do it obviously at my detriment but not once did anyone apologise for the delay or check I was okay for time. Which I wasn’t. I was getting stressed Out cause I was actually prepping for a wedding and was supposed to be somewhere and was trying to rearrange stuff. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have walked out. I was getting stressed and was trying to arrange cover for me. At which point they kept highlighting my stress making me feel silly. I can’t even say the ordeal was worth it. She rushed through it. Also didn’t cut down my cuticles which maybe I’m wrong I thought was pretty standard with any nail treatment. I honestly wouldn’t rate this place or recommend to anyone.
