Very relaxing salon, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had shellac on my nails and am pleased with the end result. I would definitely go again.

No one in salon when I arrived, called a mobile no to be told salon wasn’t open on Monday!?! Very disappointed I was allowed to make appointment and only correspondence I received was to confirm appointment. I should have been contacted as soon as appointment was made if the salon couldn’t accommodate and I would have had time to make alternative arrangements.

I attended for my appointment to find the salon closed with no one available. I emailed them direct and as yet have not received a reply. It is now over 48hrs from my appointment. I'm very disappointed.

The girl who did my hair was very sweet and worked quickly but there was a lot of product in my hair afterwards and when the style dropped out later in the day it was left looking uncontrolled rather than natural. When I left the salon it did look lovely but it would have been nice to have a style which remained throughout the whole day.
