Can’t fault the blow dry I had, the girl who did it was lovely and did a good job. I was however disappointed that I had to wait over an hour for my appointment (which I was told was due to the computer crashing but it was very inconvenient as I had plans after) and that I was charged £20 instead of £15 which it was advertised at on Treatwell, who I booked the appointment through.
