Booked and arrived 10 mins early for my appointment, no one there, tried calling no answer, messaged via messenger, no reply, waited an extra 15mins after appt. Still nothing! Emailed, did receive a reply later on saying sorry, rebook, I replied but heard nothing back. Checked previous history, also been let down in the past, not good enough. It's a shame really cos I thought Jenny was alright. Pity about the poor service as I wanted a local, regular shop.
