I had a set of shellac nails done here and I was so unhappy with them! The young girl who done them was lovely but she was obviously not a qualified nail technician! I know ppl have to learn but I am so fussy over my nails that, if I was told there was only a trainee available, I wouldn't have booked! My nails are all different lengths and she took ages on each nail as she kept getting the shellac on my skin! The staff were lovely but you really need to let customers know to expect a trainee as it was a really frustrating experience for me! The shellac peeled off several nails just 2 days after :(

The staff were nice. I pre-booked acrylic nails and a hair cut. On arrival I was told the nail technician was on holidays. I had to wait 30mins to have my hair washed. The hairdresser clearly was not comfortable with short hair. I wanted it really short, which I got but there was no blending and I was left with a tuft of hair at the back as if someone had to cut chewing gum out of my hair!
