Pretty good, really like the new look of the place. My hair looks ok, I would have liked more bounce at the back, it’s a bit too thinned out. Otherwise great. Emma was lovely. Lovely hairdresser.

Not sure it was Caroline that actually cut my hair? but she did a great job.
Once again though, my appointment time was changed. This is not acceptable. Understand the reasons, but really hard to change things last minute for me.
