I bought Groupon voucher. I was surprised to find out that there was extra cost for long hair - always an unpleasant news- as Groupon fine print didn't mention it and usually it does! But Katy was very good with accommodating a solution which in the end looked just as I wanted anyway. I am a very happy customer and will be back!
