Very disappointing. Colour was applied poorly resulting in dye patches across my forehead. Initially was told it would be ok after a few washes rather than fixing it. After leaving the salon was so upset I went back and another member of staff eventually agreed to wash my hair and try to clean some of the dye. It helped but I still have dye blotches on my forehead. Previous experiences were ok but this was terrible
Amazing blow dry, curls we’re still in 2 days later! salon is lovely, staff are lovely, well worth the money. Will be back! X

Absolutely appalled. Booked my two childrens (boys) haircuts through treatwell. When we arrived, we were told they don't do boys cuts even though the website clearly states both boys and girls . We were sent downstairs to the barbers. I was really unsure but the lady in Milano assured me that the barbers are used to cutting childrens hair. They gave my sons the worst haircuts they've ever had. My eldest son left the barbers and immediately broke down in tears. The guy said he would cut the fringe to his eyebrows as we'd made a point of saying he didn't want much off. Instead he cut it half way between his eyebrows and hairline. It was horrendous. I have never had so many comments by people asking if i'd cut their hair myself. 3 weeks later I've had to take both of them to get their hair cut again. Extremely unhappy customer.
