I booked on treatwell
Received a call to say that I had been double booked . I explained that I had planned my whole day around my appointment. The receptionist was very accommodating and quickly came up with an option . I was very impressed that my appointment was not cancelled and very impressed in how she went out her way to an accommodate me and ensured I was seen .

I would always prefer firmer pressure. Which may not actually be appropriate, but i prefer it.
