Aggressive Upselling. Although the treatment was good, I felt pressure to buy more services multiple times. You doubled the total amount I paid by doing dermabrasion, then whilst I was waiting for my Uber you put pressure to get a patch test for wax when I had stated I didn’t want any waxing earlier on when suggested. Felt a bit desperate and aggressive tbh. Nice salon, good treatment. Just tone down the Upselling. If you do, judge the responses and don’t be persistent. I left annoyed a bit tbh.
