When I arrived one of the staff members wasn’t wearing a mask. I was taken into the room to have my treatment and could hear the staff having an argument with someone about a payment. Voices were raised and it wasn’t professional. I had a lip, chin and eyebrow wax. At the time I did think that the lady who was doing my treatment seemed to be going over the same areas (more than normal). A when I got home I realised I had a massive red wax burn on my chin. I’ve never had this happen elsewhere.
