First off, I chose Hollywood based on what was written online, but learned (at the appointment) that wasn’t what I wanted. In the end, I was still charged for the Hollywood when I got a Brazilian.
Second, after explaining to the technician (several times) that this was my FIRST WAX EVER, I was questioned (several times) if it was my 1st time as if I was lying. I was rushed (while in a vulnerable moment, I was reminded that she had another client in 5 minutes as if my experience didn’t matter)

Sameera was very lovely and made the whole experience so comfortable. The venue is very clean and cute; and the service was very smooth and quick. Definitely one of the most painless wax appointments I’ve had. So lucky I managed to book in! :)
