Arrived on time, was made to wait 40 mins with no communication from staff, or that they were running behind. When eventually seen, I was told that the client before me turned up early to their appointment (which was after mine) and so was seen before me, a list of further excuses were offered. I was given half a refund and a “here” as cash was put in my hand.
