Worst experience, avoid this place!!!! At all cost!
Careless:
- paid for hot waxed, but she wanted to using gel wax (which didn’t remove the hair) then ended up threading my face roughly and left a ton of cuts.. mind you I came in for just hot waxed..
Unprofessional:
- the don’t have enough equipment in each room, not even handheld mirrors, had to share wax with another client and move rooms mid appt. a male employee walked in while I was getting waxed without knocking… shit service, avoid!

First time here and had the BEST waxing experience. Had a trainee and senior waxer and they made me feel comfortable, very knowledgeable as well. The wax was painless and they were so thorough. Would 100% recommend and can't wait to come back for more treatments
