Had an unpleasant experience overall
- had to undress and dress in front beautician which made me very uncomfortable -no cover provided for private parts so completely exposed when opening door
-i had hollywood wax which meant a fan was blowing cold air into my private parts, what i assume was for the hot wax to dry quicker but it was very unpleasant -beautician kept wanting to remove wax that wasnt dried enough yet which made process more painful result was okay but shocked how place is 4.9
