Shop was closed when I first came to the appointment. When rebooked, she blamed me being big for not being able to get my full body done. She repeatedly called me really big and hairy and when I got upset, she asked why I even came to get waxing done. Not professional and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. Left feeling extremely insecure.

Good quick service, just a little too quick as she'd put wax on my forearm even though I'd not asked for arms. So have one forearm with a little less hair.
