The facility is very small& limited, as takes customers from the high street,only 1 jacuzzi spa had to wait 45minutes until others were finished using it. No robes were available at the time so had to sit there in swim wear -no robes available throughout the duration I was there! Had a treatment booked in, received confirmation in the morning and a Curtisy call reminder in afternoon but when attending appointment was then advised They rescheduled Without informing me! My first ever spa trip :-(

The jacuzzi area is too small and we could smell cooking sometimes. The relaxation area is also too small and should have a heated recliner.

I booked a full body massage and only got half compared to other places I've been but charged £75.
The air con was broken so my relaxing 55 mins was interrupted by hooting cars , reversing lorries and various traffic sounds through the open windows and I got very cold. 3 times during my massage, my therapist tried to up sell me an additional facial.
